When relocating there are so many things happening at once but Kaz held our hands throughout the entire process making it a stress free and seamless process. Kaz was amazing to work with, and super efficient. After landing in Toronto with no Canadian Credit, Kaz advised on exactly what we needed to put together in terms of a renters portfolio. We met with Kaz the day after landing in Toronto after briefly advising through facebook what our renting criteria was, Kaz had then advised us of the market and the types of places we could get with our preferences and budget.
Within one week of looking in Toronto, Kaz secured us with our dream condo, exactly what we were looking for in the perfect location downtown. Our new home ticks all our boxes. We we looking for a spacious, affordable one bedroom condo which has the living room and bedroom separate, with plenty of storage and a Den and we got just that, with a bonus feature of a lovely spacious baloney that gets plenty of sun. We could not be happier with our new home and we have Kaz to thank for it. We initially thought it would take months for us to get a place as we had no credit, but Kaz helped us out so much in terms of advising which documentation was needed and also liaising with the estate broker and landlord.
I would highly recommend Kaz’s services to anyone that is looking for a home. I would advise friends and family when recommending Kaz that she is super friendly and honest, I was not afraid to give my honest opinion on some of our viewings and she was happy to take my comments, she only wanted the best for us and for us to also enjoy our home hunting experience. Kaz is extremely accommodating to all our needs, we needed a place with a home office/ den and Kaz was mindful of this when showing us properties.
